Tour Plan

Day 1 Cochin

Arrive in Cochin, proceed to the hotel, and relax. Later, visit Marine Drive, MG Road, and enjoy a quick sightseeing tour of Fort Kochi covering Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, and St. Francis Church. Overnight stay in Cochin.

Day 2 Cochin – Munnar

After breakfast, transfer to Munnar. Enjoy a scenic 4-hour drive through hill stations. Visit Valara Falls, Cheeyappara Falls, Kallar Falls, and Karadippara View Point. Check in at the hotel in Munnar for an overnight stay.

Day 3 Munnar Sightseeing

Explore Munnar with a sightseeing tour covering tea plantations, Eravikulam National Park, tea museum, flower garden, Mattupetty Lake & Dam, shooting point, and Echo Point. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4 unnar to Alleppey / Kumarakom house boat

Drive to Allepey/kumarakom and reach by noon. On arrival, check-in to the houseboat & set out on an enchanting overnight backwater cruise in traditionally decorated houseboats. While cruising in these floating luxury-villas, let your eyes settle for the rare and the unusual - skim past Chinese fishing nets, bowed-down paddy fields, local inhabitants engaged in making coir products, rustic homes, ancient temples and swaying coconut groves. The food will be served onboard. Stay overnight on the houseboat and end this memorable cruise at Alleppey next morning.

Day 5 Alleppey to Kumarakom

Kumarakom : Kumarakam is on the shores of the tranquil Vembanad lake, 14 km from Kottayam, lies Kumarakom a little picturesque town in the state of Kerala. The little village of Kumarakom consists of cluster of little islands on the Vembanad Lake, and is part of the Kuttanad region. Formerly an old rubber plantation, Kumarakom has now grown up as a bird sanctuary. Ornithologist’s paradise, Kumarakom is now a leisure haunt, very popular with domestic as well as foreign tourists. An enchanting backwater destination, Kumarakom offers visitors many other leisure options like – boating and fishing, very popular with the visitors.The beauty of nature amidst spectacular mangrove forests, coconut canopies and pulsating paddy fields peppered with enchanting waterways and canals decked with wild lilies, adds to the beauty of its surroundings. Day 6 Kumarakom– Kovalam

After breakfast, check-out of the hotel & later Drive to Kovalam. Check into the hotel & later visit Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple. Later in the evening, proceed towards the beautiful beaches of Kovalam. Visit the Kovalam beach that has been divided into three parts - Lighthouse Beach, Hawah Beach and the Samudra Beach.

Day 7 Kovalam – Kanykumari - Kovalam

After breakfast, proceed to Kanyakumari (approx. 87KM one way), Visit Kumari Amman Temple, Vivekananda rock memorial, Gandhi Mandapam, and the beautiful statue of Tiruvalluvar, and 3 ocean meeting point as Indian Ocean, Bay of Bengal and Arabian Sea and return to Kovalam by evening.

Day 8 Trivandrum Drop

After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Trivandrum airport.
